Description

A delightful fusion dessert combining classic cinnamon rolls with a creamy custard for a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made cinnamon rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the chopped cinnamon rolls into the custard mixture and let it soak for about 15 minutes.
  5. Grease your baking dish with butter.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and slightly puffed.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally drizzled with icing.
