Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil (or melted butter), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before flipping it out onto a cooling rack.
