Description

A sweet, soft bread infused with warm cinnamon flavors, reminiscent of donuts. Perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil (or melted butter), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before flipping it out onto a cooling rack.
