Description
A delicious fusion of churros and classic Rice Krispie treats, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
- Add in the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon and sprinkle it over the treats.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cinnamon sugar.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
These treats are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored at room temperature for about a week.
