Description

Delicious and nostalgic Christmas Rice Crispy Treats made with marshmallows, crispy rice cereal, and butter. Perfect for holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 10 oz Marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Festive Sprinkles or Chocolate (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  5. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares or festive shapes.
  7. Add sprinkles or chocolate as desired while the treats are slightly warm.
