Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks

Instructions

  2. Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  3. Melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the sugar until combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter evenly into prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are firm but the center is jiggly.
