- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and light.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. Feel free to mix in nuts or extra peanut butter for added flavor.
