Description

Delicious mini chocolate chip cookies shaped like cups, perfect for gatherings or a special treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease your muffin tin lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, saving some to sprinkle on top.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about halfway with the dough.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading. Don’t overbake; they should be soft in the middle.
