Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with taco seasoning and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest and shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the Tortillas: In a dry skillet, warm corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 30 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel.
- Assemble the Tacos: Add shredded chicken to warmed tortillas, then top with avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salsa to taste.
- Serve and Enjoy: Place tacos on a platter and enjoy fresh. If there are leftovers, store toppings separately in the fridge.
