- Any type of pasta (penne or fettuccine recommended)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt some butter. Add seasoned chicken breasts, cooking until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add more butter if needed and toss in minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and let bubble for a minute.
- Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, ensuring every strand is coated and add sliced chicken on top.
- Serve with more Parmesan and enjoy!
