Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish with tender chicken and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy nights or impressing guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Any type of pasta (penne or fettuccine recommended)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt some butter. Add seasoned chicken breasts, cooking until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add more butter if needed and toss in minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let bubble for a minute.
  5. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss the pasta in the sauce, ensuring every strand is coated and add sliced chicken on top.
  7. Serve with more Parmesan and enjoy!
