- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Pour the filling into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until just mixed. Do not overmix; the mixture should be a bit lumpy.
- Spoon the biscuit mix over the chicken mixture.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in your favorite ingredients, such as mushrooms or different vegetables. You can also use leftover chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
