A refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring tender pasta, juicy chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- If using raw chicken, grill or sauté it until cooked through and slice it into bite-sized pieces. If using rotisserie chicken, shred it.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, chopped romaine, and croutons.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad to your liking.
- Gently toss everything together until well-coated. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- If time permits, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
Notes
Serve chilled for a refreshing meal. Add croutons right before serving to maintain their crunch.
