Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring tender pasta, juicy chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. If using raw chicken, grill or sauté it until cooked through and slice it into bite-sized pieces. If using rotisserie chicken, shred it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, chopped romaine, and croutons.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad to your liking.
  5. Gently toss everything together until well-coated. Top with freshly grated Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  6. If time permits, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes

Serve chilled for a refreshing meal. Add croutons right before serving to maintain their crunch.
