Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Brown your choice of ground meat in a skillet over medium heat, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Slice the baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Sprinkle cheese into each potato and spoon the seasoned meat mixture on top.
- Top with sour cream and your favorite toppings like diced tomatoes, green onions, and avocado.
