Description

Delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are easy to make and perfect for any weeknight dinner or gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute, being careful not to let it burn.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mix onto the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  6. Grill the wraps on a pan or panini press until golden and crispy (optional).
  7. Slice in half and serve with your favorite dips.
