- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute, being careful not to let it burn.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mix onto the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Grill the wraps on a pan or panini press until golden and crispy (optional).
- Slice in half and serve with your favorite dips.
