- 12 large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and gently pat them dry. Cut off the tops and hollow them out.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or spoon.
- Chill filled strawberries in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Optionally, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
Notes
Best eaten within a day or two, as strawberries lose firmness. Experiment with flavored extracts for a unique twist.
