Description

Delightful strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries and gently pat them dry. Cut off the tops and hollow them out.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Chill filled strawberries in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.

Notes

Best eaten within a day or two, as strawberries lose firmness. Experiment with flavored extracts for a unique twist.
