- 2 pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the apples by mixing them with sugar and cinnamon to coat evenly.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Roll out the pie dough into 6-inch circles, needing two for each pie.
- Assemble the pies by placing a spoonful of cheesecake mixture and a scoop of apples on one dough circle, topping with another circle and crimping the edges to seal.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
