Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.
  3. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
