- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- ¼ cup sugar (for apples)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into a lined baking dish.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon, then spread over the cooled crust before pouring the cheesecake filling on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- After cooling, drizzle with caramel sauce and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing.
Notes
For cleaner cuts, let the bars chill before slicing. Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for the best texture.
