Description

Deliciously creamy cheesecake bars infused with fresh apples and topped with gooey caramel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith preferred)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in chopped apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set but jiggly.
  5. Cool completely in the pan. Drizzle with caramel sauce after chilling.
  6. Once chilled, lift bars out, slice, and serve.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and chill completely before slicing.
