Deliciously creamy cheesecake bars infused with fresh apples and topped with gooey caramel.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups chopped apples (Granny Smith preferred)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in chopped apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set but jiggly.
- Cool completely in the pan. Drizzle with caramel sauce after chilling.
- Once chilled, lift bars out, slice, and serve.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and chill completely before slicing.
