Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat your chicken wings dry using paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the wings with olive oil and the spice mix.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  8. Toss the wings in the garlic butter mixture until well-coated.
  9. For extra crispiness, bake again for another 5-10 minutes.
