Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the diced apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the spiced apples.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop hefty tablespoons of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
