Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
