Delicious and easy-to-make Buffalo chicken sliders, perfect for game day or gatherings.

- 2 cups shredded chicken (can use rotisserie)
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 mini slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and cream cheese until mixed.
- Slice mini slider buns in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Place bottom halves in a baking dish, spread chicken mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the chicken.
- Cover with top halves of buns, cover with foil, and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until tops are toasty.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
These sliders are also great for meal prep and can be made in advance. Serve with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
