Delicious Buffalo chicken rolls with spicy chicken, creamy cheese, and crispy tortillas, perfect for game day or a cozy night in.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
- Spread the chicken mix down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll them up tightly and tuck in the ends.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Don’t overfill the tortillas and warm them for easier rolling. You can also freeze them after baking for later use.
