Description

Delicious Buffalo chicken rolls with spicy chicken, creamy cheese, and crispy tortillas, perfect for game day or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  4. Spread the chicken mix down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll them up tightly and tuck in the ends.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Don’t overfill the tortillas and warm them for easier rolling. You can also freeze them after baking for later use.
