Description

A healthy and delicious one-pan meal featuring sautéed Brussels sprouts and ground turkey, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts by trimming the ends and halving them, or if using frozen, toss them in.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they turn golden, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they’re tender and caramelized.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture, adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss and let everything meld together for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Great served over rice or quinoa. For extra flavor, consider sprinkling grated cheese on top.
