- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Prep the Brussels Sprouts by trimming the ends and halving them, or if using frozen, toss them in.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they turn golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they’re tender and caramelized.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture, adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss and let everything meld together for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Great served over rice or quinoa. For extra flavor, consider sprinkling grated cheese on top.
