Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
