- 1 box Brownie mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 cup Brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or white)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed. Pour into the prepared pan evenly.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and melted butter, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Dollop the cookie dough over the brownie layer, allowing some brownie to peek through.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are set but the center may be soft.
- Cool in the pan for a bit before slicing into squares. Enjoy warm or allow to cool completely.
Notes
Can be served with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with caramel sauce for added delight.
