- 2 cups milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar (brown sugar recommended)

- 1 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut or tear the bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until blended.
- Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes, gently pressing down to soak all the pieces. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb all that goodness.
- Grease a baking dish and pour in the soaked bread mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
