- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Wash and chop the bok choy, and slice the mushrooms.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat sesame oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
- Add Mushrooms: Toss in the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Bok Choy: Add bok choy and stir-fry until vibrant green, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season It Up: Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes, tossing to coat.
- Serve: Remove from heat and enjoy!
Notes
