Description

A quick and delicious bok choy mushroom stir fry packed with flavor and nutrients, ready in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash and chop the bok choy, and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat sesame oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add Mushrooms: Toss in the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in Bok Choy: Add bok choy and stir-fry until vibrant green, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season It Up: Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes, tossing to coat.
  6. Serve: Remove from heat and enjoy!
