Description

Soft, chewy cookies bursting with fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are just golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies. Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
