- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are just golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies. Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
