Description

A soft and fluffy cake bursting with juicy blueberries, perfect for breakfast or as a dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan and sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter, stirring until combined.
  4. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries carefully.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with lemon glaze for an extra burst of flavor.
