Ingredients

  • Biscoff cookies
  • Cream cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Milk


Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies to form a crust and press it into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Layer half of the cream mixture over the crust and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies. Repeat the layers.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
