Description

A sweet and creamy coffee syrup infused with the flavor of Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for drizzling over pancakes, waffles, or mixing into coffee.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, mix brewed coffee with sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Whisk in the Biscoff cookie butter until it blends smoothly.
  3. Add in the butter and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is melted and combined.
  4. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Once cooled, pour it into a jar and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
