Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with rich Biscoff cookie butter for a cozy treat.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and egg, then mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
- Spread the Biscoff cookie butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
- Tightly roll the dough from the long edge into a log and pinch seams to seal.
- Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with a simple glaze made of powdered sugar, milk, and extra Biscoff, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
