Ingredients
- Pizza Dough: Store-bought or homemade
- Ground Beef: 1 pound of lean ground beef
- Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups shredded
- Lettuce: 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine
- Tomato: 1 large, sliced
- Pickles: 1 cup dill pickle slices
- Big Mac Sauce: 1 cup store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
- Spread a layer of Big Mac sauce over the pizza dough.
- Crumble the cooked beef over the sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, layer on the shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle more sauce on top if desired.
- Cut into slices and serve hot.
