Description

A fun twist on the classic Big Mac turned into a delicious pizza, featuring seasoned beef, gooey cheese, crisp veggies, and Big Mac sauce on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: Store-bought or homemade
  • Ground Beef: 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups shredded
  • Lettuce: 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine
  • Tomato: 1 large, sliced
  • Pickles: 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • Big Mac Sauce: 1 cup store-bought or homemade


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  4. Spread a layer of Big Mac sauce over the pizza dough.
  5. Crumble the cooked beef over the sauce evenly.
  6. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese over the beef.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, layer on the shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle more sauce on top if desired.
  9. Cut into slices and serve hot.
