Description

A stack of fluffy, golden pancakes that are a breakfast staple, perfect for any morning.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted, or coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Use a measuring cup to pour batter onto the skillet, keeping them about 4 inches wide.
  6. Once bubbles form on top, flip and cook for another minute or until golden.
  7. Serve stacked high with syrup and your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better blending. Don’t overmix; a few lumps are fine.
