Description

A comforting dessert that combines cooked rice and condensed milk for a creamy, nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease your baking dish lightly.
  4. Pour the rice mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for about 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding has set.
