- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Grease your baking dish lightly.
- Pour the rice mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for about 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding has set.
- Allow the pudding to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
