- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (to achieve desired consistency)
Instructions
- Combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour in the warm milk and melted butter, then add the eggs. Mix until combined and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread the softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly.
- Add chopped nuts if desired, and roll the dough tightly from one end to form a log.
- Slice the log into 12 even pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Make the cream cheese frosting by mixing the cream cheese and butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, thinning with milk to desired consistency.
- Spread the frosting over warm rolls before serving.
