Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Blend granulated and brown sugars with eggs until light and fluffy in another bowl.
- Add oil and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and nuts if using.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
