- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up the stations: Place flour on one plate, whisk the egg in another, and spread panko breadcrumbs on a third plate.
- Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and then coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toss in bang bang sauce and top with chopped green onions before serving.
