Description

Delightful bite-sized salmon pieces coated in a crispy exterior and tossed in a spicy creamy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up the stations: Place flour on one plate, whisk the egg in another, and spread panko breadcrumbs on a third plate.
  3. Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and then coat with panko.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry the salmon bites until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Toss in bang bang sauce and top with chopped green onions before serving.
