A quick and flavorful dinner featuring seasoned ground turkey, colorful veggies, and a creamy Bang Bang sauce over rice or quinoa.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the sliced bell peppers and green onions, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and half of the Bang Bang sauce, mixing well.
- Spoon the cooked rice or quinoa into bowls and top with the turkey mixture.
- Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the bowls and garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha to the sauce. This dish can be meal prepped and stored in the fridge for up to three days.
