Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups cooked rice (day-old recommended)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (red or yellow)

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup Bang Bang Sauce
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering and chopping everything.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook your protein until done. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrots and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
- Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps and mixing well.
- Stir in soy sauce and Bang Bang Sauce, mixing everything evenly, then return the cooked protein to the pan.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use day-old rice to avoid mushiness. Adjust the Bang Bang Sauce for desired spice levels.
