Description

Spicy and delicious Bang Bang Chicken Skewers marinated in a creamy sauce, perfect for grilling or baking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Bang Bang Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers in water beforehand.
  5. Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and serve extra on the side for dipping.

Notes

Serve with a light salad, rice, or grilled veggies. Great for meal prep!
