- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (3.4 oz) banana pudding mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the Cream Cheese: Mix softened cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add Banana Pudding Mix and Milk: Mix in banana pudding mix and milk until fully combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip: Gently fold in Cool Whip until the mixture is light and airy.
- Pour and Layer: Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, layer banana slices if desired, then pour remaining mixture over and smooth it out.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Prepare to Serve: Before serving, sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs and garnish with banana slices or serve plain.
Notes
