- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using fresh broccoli, chop it finely. If using frozen, ensure it is fully thawed and well-drained.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding cream cheese to the mixture or experimenting with spices like paprika or cayenne.
