Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat together eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples and chopped nuts (if using) into the wet mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly for the streusel topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for a bit before transferring it to a wire rack.
Notes
