Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple and banana into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped apple, banana, oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and cinnamon.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if it’s too thick.
