Ingredients

- 2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)

- 4 cups stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (or herbs of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut stale bread into cubes (or lightly toast fresh bread cubes).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the bread cubes, cheese, and chopped veggies. Gently fold to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and set.
