Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1-inch thick.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the patties on each side for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth and gravy mix until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer the browned patties and pour the gravy over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
