Delicious flaky pastries filled with tender chicken and topped with a rich creamy parmesan sauce.

- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped chives until well combined.
- Thaw puff pastry sheets and roll them out gently on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 4×4 inches.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling into the center of each square, leaving space around the edges.
- Fold the square over to create a triangle and press the edges together. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Place the filled pillows on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Notes
Use cold cream cheese for better mixing and ease of spreading. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen for later baking.
