- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese or lemon juice for serving
Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy. Cook for additional minutes if necessary.
- Remove the cauliflower, and serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese or lemon juice.
Notes
Ensure florets are uniform in size for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for crispiness.
