Description

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional roasted cauliflower, transformed into crispy golden florets with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese or lemon juice for serving


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness; the cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy. Cook for additional minutes if necessary.
  6. Remove the cauliflower, and serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese or lemon juice.
